Monthly Bookkeeping services are provided for the client that maintains their own Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. These services utilitze check stubs, bank and credit card statements to determine income and expenses. Monthly or quarterly financial statements are provided for client review, budgeting and business planning as well as for your Tax Accountant.

This offers you the ability to receive full service accounting. This includes paying your bills, sending invoices to your clients, and weekly reports. Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations are included.  Reports will be provided for your Tax Accountant.

The goal is to support you!  Only need help getting your bills paid, consider it done. Handling the bill pay but can't seem to get your invoices out? Doing the day to day but getting bank statements reconciled will help? WeOrganize can get it done for you!

Save on the QuickBooks Payroll Subscription and let me process your payroll!  Net check amounts can be provided for you to manually prepare checks or direct deposit to your employees makes it even easier!  Federal and State, monthly and quarterly payroll returns will be prepared along with W-2's at year end.

Make the move to QuickBooks Online.  This Intuit product provides the capability to access your books from any internet access device with multiple simultaneous users. Accountant sign in allows assistance with various accounting functions and overseeing accuracy or processes.  But, if you are a Desktop client already, there's no need to migrate to QBO.  Talk with me about the ability to get your Desktop account in the cloud!
